Modelling and Visualizing Capillary Networks

ddiLab collaborator Jifu Tan recently published the paper -Direct simulation of blood flow with heterogeneous cell suspensions in a patient-specific capillary network_ in Physics of Fluids. The paper highlights unique behaviors identified in a 3D simulation of blood flow inside a capillary network. Visualizations from the ddiLab were featured in a SciLight promoting the work.
